After months of anticipation… our newest little project, Bodega Nights… is finally coming together. Bodega Nights is a mobile convenience store/ice cream truck that caters specifically to nightlife and club culture. It will carry a variety of items that you’d find desirable after a long night of drinking… as well as an assortment of ice cream and candy you knew very well as a kid, but for some reason forgot about.
We put a lot of work into this truck to make it truly one of a kind. Dosa Kim designed an amazing, seizure inducing, and mix-tape themed wrap. In addition, the difference in color pallets used in the design result in a little good versus evil. The picture above doesn’t even begin to do it justice… you just have to see it in person.
Inside, we’ve installed theater style curtains, stock shelves, a freezer, power inversion and battery systems, and a custom rear vanity display case built by David Van Arsdale. Over time we have plans to upgrade the inside to include LCD flat panel displays and a multi-directional projection system that can project videos onto near by surfaces/buildings.
We’re planning on bringing it out to the Graveyard Tavern tonight to give everyone a sneak peak and some free ice cream. We’re still waiting on the last little bits of mechanical/electrical work to be done before we stock our full line of ice cream, but we’ll have assorted popsicles tonight as a little teaser.

the truck is fuckin dope
